Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a customer-focused professional to support customers through their renewable energy journey, covering solar systems, home batteries, installations, subscriptions, billing and technical support. The role involves handling inquiries across telephone, email, SMS and chat, coordinating with engineering and field teams, and ensuring accurate records across systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related field.
Experience in customer service, care, technical support or similar role is essential.
Experience in fast-paced sales, service or contact-centre environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication across phone, email, SMS and chat.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to build rapport.
Strong problem-solving skills and practical issue resolution.
Experience handling billing inquiries, subscriptions or overdue accounts is valued.
Experience logging issues/warranty/complaints in CRM or ticketing systems is valued.
Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and home batteries is desirable.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding solar systems, home batteries, installations, subscriptions and other energy products.
Support customers through pre-installation and post-installation activities including appointments and documentation.
Communicate via phone, email, SMS and chat channels and resolve enquiries at first contact when possible.
Follow up proactively when further action or escalation is required.
Monitor customer systems through software and provide timely troubleshooting.
Assist with billing inquiries, payment plans, and ongoing subscriptions.
Create and maintain customer accounts on billing platforms and verify terms and pricing.
Manage overdue accounts and support collections per policy.
Document technical issues and warranty claims, creating detailed support tickets.
Coordinate with engineering, field service and external teams to drive resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer interaction, installation, billing and payment records.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with templates and responses.
Ensure interactions comply with NETCC requirements and internal policies and safety procedures.
