Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (support, success, advising, or consultative sales).
• Genuine curiosity about solar and helping people, not close them.
• Excellent communication and deep patience.
• Comfort working independently on a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Help homeowners understand their solar options clearly and honestly.
• Answer questions over phone, email, and chat with patience and zero pressure.
