Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for meetings up to once a month.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in pursuing new project opportunities through coordination, tracking and admin workflows.
• Manage client data room access and distribute materials to internal stakeholders.
• Submit and track internal system setup requests for client portals and opportunity configuration.
• Track incoming RFPs and client requests, flag risks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Aid in development of Go/No-Go documents and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and client meetings, develop agendas and follow up actions.
• Assist with budgetary pricing requests and support pursuit timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pursuit activities.
