A3 Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Software Training Specialist to design and deliver multi-channel training for a federal defense modernization effort. You will create instructor‑led, virtual, and digital learning assets and quick-reference guides to drive enterprise software adoption.

You will work with stakeholders, SMEs, and Agile teams to translate new features into user‑focused instruction, ensuring alignment with security protocols and production processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of software training, instructional design, or technical adoption experience.
• Direct experience supporting federal government agency programs as a government contractor.
• Proven track record delivering training for enterprise software solutions or case management systems.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to convey complex concepts.
• Experience developing ILT, VILT, e-learning, user guides, and quick-reference materials.
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and curricula development.
• Experience supporting software implementations and modernization efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and delivery of role-based training for adopting new system capabilities.
• Conduct training needs assessments with stakeholders to identify learning objectives.
• Monitor releases and changes to keep training materials aligned with production environments.
• Develop demonstrations and hands-on activities reflecting operational workflows and roles.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption trends; recommend improvements.
• Facilitate content reviews with SMEs, technical teams, and government stakeholders.
• Design and maintain tailored curriculum, modules, user manuals, and quick-reference guides.
• Deliver live in-person and virtual training sessions and train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Agile teams to translate features into assets.
• Ensure training assets comply with federal standards and security protocols.
• Assist change management with user impact assessments and targeted communications.
• Align training with planned software releases and deployment schedules.
• Gather end-user feedback to identify gaps and improve future training.
