Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site instruction for CommandCentral software and integrations. You will develop training materials, tailor content for users from end customers to system administrators, and measure training effectiveness.

The role requires 3+ years of training experience, FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification, and up to 50% travel. Remote work option available within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• Experience instructing agency customers and staff on complex software products.
• Ability to tailor training for varying student levels, from end users to system administrators.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on use of Motorola CommandCentral software.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training.
• Create and maintain training materials and course content.
