Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver AMS tool suite training for a government customer. Travel and in-office/on-site support may be required as needed.

You will work with SMEs to translate complex concepts into clear training content for diverse audiences. Responsibilities include course development, end-user training delivery, and creating training materials that comply with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' training or education experience, including experience with training users on web-based IT systems.
• Training module development and delivery.
• Training materials and courseware development.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality training plans and course schedules.
• Deliver training programs using in-person, computer-lab, distance/virtual, and 1-on-1 formats.
• Create end-user guides and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and government stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear content.
