Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing a test strategy and test cases.
• Knowledge of test design patterns and bug-tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile team.
• Ability to obtain a USPS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with USPS personnel to create and implement a tailored testing strategy.
• Take requirements and acceptance criteria to develop test cases and scripts.
• Locate and perform root cause analysis on defects to mitigate risks.
• Execute manual and automated tests across software and hardware.
• Coordinate with developers and business teams on testing approaches and infrastructure.
• Communicate testing results to stakeholders and suggest improvements.
• Rapidly test designs with users using various methods.
• Document research and designs for stakeholders.
