Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Technical Program Communications Coordinator to support the USPS portfolio, delivering clear policy communications to customers and internal stakeholders while leveraging Power BI, Power Automate, and AI/ML to organize data.

The role requires government contract experience, handling sensitive data, and the ability to work autonomously on complex problems; US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in project management, scheduling, or process improvement.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps: Power BI, Power Apps, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
Strong communication and customer service skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage communications with USPS customers and respond to questions about the FAM program.
Effectively communicate USPS policy to internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and track customer requests to ensure timely handling.
Maintain and analyze data in Databricks and Excel for USPS client requests.
Collaborate with USPS contractors and vendors to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
Identify process improvements and leverage technical skills to implement them.
