Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role could turn into contract-to-hire and is remote from the Pacific NW.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, IT and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals and spend optimization, while driving cost savings and governance.

Qualifications

• Degreed.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology-related contracts.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environment preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows
