Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization.

This contract role supports a temporary-to-permanent path and can be done remotely from the Pacific Northwest, with visibility into urgent project needs and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Degreed
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology-related contracts
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and IT
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environment preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows
