Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role could turn into contract-to-hire, with remote work from the Pacific Northwest and opportunities to partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders.

The role involves sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, cost optimization, and governance across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Degreed in a relevant field.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology contracts.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation.
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting.
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows.
