Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role negotiates contracts, renewals, and spends, partnering with Legal, IT, Finance, and Security.

The candidate is degreed, experienced in tech procurement, and comfortable working remotely from the Pacific Northwest, available to start and commit to the contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Degreed and experienced in software, SaaS, or technology contract management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation.
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting.
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows.
