Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role, with potential for contract-to-hire, requires partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and business leaders to manage vendor selection, negotiations, renewals and spend optimization.

The ideal candidate is degreed, experienced in software/SaaS contracts, and able to work independently while driving cross-functional

Qualifications

• Degreed
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology-related contracts
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and IT
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environment preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows
