Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role, with potential for contract-to-hire, requires partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and business leaders to manage vendor selection, negotiations, renewals and spend optimization.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environment preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows

Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process

We need this person to be available to start and commit to this contract engagement, working remotely from the Pacific NW, and have the following:
