Code Metal is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for mission-critical software platforms. You will work with customers, engineers, and designers to transform complex capabilities into products that solve real user problems in high-stakes environments.

The role operates at the intersection of high-fidelity simulation, geospatial data, AI, and real-time decision-making, requiring fluency in new subject matter and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience owning software products from discovery through launch in a technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environment.
• Ability to rapidly learn new industries, technologies, and customer domains.
• Strong customer discovery and user research skills.
• Excellent prioritization and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering and Design.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for mission-critical software products from discovery through delivery.
• Translate user needs and technical constraints into clear requirements and initiatives.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to validate concepts and guide implementation.
• Communicate decisions and progress to stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
