Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS and vendor procurement initiatives, partnering with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contracts, renewals and spend optimization. This contract role is remote from the Pacific Northwest and may convert to contract-to-hire.

• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or tech contracts.
• Experience cross-functionally with Legal, Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT and Finance throughout the process.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals and procurement documentation.
• Support process improvements, governance and reporting.
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility and approvals.
