Advanced SENTRY, LLC is seeking a contracts professional to manage procurement agreements, draft redlines, and drive value through metrics. The role covers end-to-end contracting from planning to signature and post-signature reviews, with collaboration across Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial contracts, familiarity with SaaS and cybersecurity, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts in Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision.
• Understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements including technology, security, and data privacy contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and maintain relationships.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements throughout contracting.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with organizational goals.
• Manage agreements from intake through execution using contract management tools and systems.
