Job summary

Procore is seeking a Project Manager for its Professional Services team to manage internal and external resources to deliver engagements on time and within budget, helping clients onboard, adopt, and grow with Procore while delivering value and high client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to plan, execute, and monitor projects, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering large-scale services.
• Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile apps.
• Experience in professional services or consulting.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies and manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute statements of work and onboarding.
• Lead pre-sales engagements as services delivery expert.
• Develop repeatable processes and templates to standardize delivery.
• Provide accurate reports on progress, budget, and risks.
• Maintain knowledge of Procore products and service best practices.
