Job summary

Wipfli LLP is seeking a Procore Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations across multiple modules, including Project Management, Financials, Analytics, and Quality & Safety. You will design and deliver client-focused solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Procore experience and a track record in professional services or similar industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area with 1+ years in professional services.
• Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Procore implementations.
• Experience working with construction companies, real estate developers, or public sector organizations.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Procore implementations across modules including Project Management, Financials, Analytics, and Quality & Safety.
• Design and deliver client-specific solutions using deep technical expertise and standard applications.
• Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary Procore SME during sales pursuits and multi-app solutioning.
• Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope changes with proactive communication.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
• Participate in business development and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive innovation through research and development of new market solutions.
