Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Systems Engineer III - Software Packager for a remote role limited to Arizona, North Carolina, and Texas. You will package, test, and deploy desktop software across macOS and Windows, support MECM/Jamf deployments, and help ensure security and compliance.

You will create scripts (PowerShell, PSADT, VBScript), maintain packaging documentation, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver enterprise-wide software solutions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience on installation or application packaging in a large enterprise environment.
• Banking/financial services industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify software installation packages for macOS and Windows.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating installations (PowerShell, PSADT, VBScript, Bash).
• Coordinate with teams to gather packaging requirements and deploy using MECM/Jamf.
• Test and validate packages across macOS and Windows versions to ensure compatibility.
• Provide support for OS upgrades, deployments, and patching.
