Job summary

EDB is seeking a Program Manager II to lead alignment across global engineering teams, manage a portfolio of technical programs, and ensure efficient Chief of Staff Office operations as the company scales.

You will report to a Senior Engineering Director within the Chief of Staff / PMO team, supporting the CTO and leadership. The role emphasizes data-driven governance, executive reporting, and collaboration across distributed teams in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical programs in a software engineering environment with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development cycles, sprints, releases, and dependencies.
• Ability to define metrics, track them, surface risks early, and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with organizational priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
• Own the full cadence for programs: tracking, status, and risk logs with clear escalation and recommendations.
• Create and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, support metrics and velocity.
• Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders, clarifying strategic requirements and plans.
• Communicate ideas persuasively to influence team decisions and program outcomes.
