Job summary

EDB is seeking a Program Manager II to coordinate a portfolio of technical programs across global engineering teams. You will own planning cycles, governance, and executive communication to enable fast, data-driven decisions.

You will report to the CTO’s staff and work closely with the Engineering Chief of Staff Office as the org scales. You should bring proven experience managing technical programs, understanding of software development lifecycle, and the ability to deliver clear executive

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical programs in a software engineering environment.
• Understanding of sprints, releases, and dependencies.
• Ability to define and track metrics, surface risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with global engineering teams and senior leaders.
• Strong judgment in decision-making and issue escalation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with priorities and outcomes.
• Own cadence for programs including tracking, status, and risk logs.
• Build executive-ready delivery and spend dashboards.
• Lead alignment across global teams and senior leaders on requirements and plans.
• Communicate persuasively to influence decisions and outcomes.
