Job summary

EDB, a leader in data and AI platforms for Postgres workloads, is seeking a Program Manager II for its fully remote team serving US-based clients. You will drive alignment across global engineering teams, own multiple technical programs, and support the CTO/PMO with planning, governance, and executive communications.

AI-enabled workflows and rapid decision cycles are core to the role. You will build metrics, dashboards, and reports, manage risks, and partner with senior leaders to deliver

Qualifications

Experience managing technical programs in a software engineering environment.
Knowledge of sprints, releases and dependencies.
Demonstrated data fluency with metrics to surface risks and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with priorities and deliver outcomes.
Own cadence for programs including tracking, status and risk logs; escalate blockers with recommendations.
Build executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, and velocity.
Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders, clarifying requirements and plans.
Communicate persuasively to influence decisions and outcomes.
