Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 12+ years of direct, relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with IT Engineering, Quality Assurance, and automation best practices.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment with a track record of development.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems, issues, and escalations within the development team.
• Stay current with technology trends and foster a learning mindset.
• Provide leadership to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and stakeholders on requirements and roadmaps.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.
