Jorie AI is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering intelligent automation for Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare. You will balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding architecture, design reviews, and production-grade Python automation.

You will own hiring, development, and performance, aligning engineering output with clinical and executive goals within an agile framework. Remote in USA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong Python software development background with hands-on depth.
• Experience leading teams building automation solutions for healthcare or similar domains.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers across SE I, SE II, and Senior levels.
• Own full hiring lifecycle for engineering roles to build a high-performing team.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure production-grade Python automation solutions.
• Own team delivery commitments and remove blockers to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Perform regular code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Lead agile ceremonies and improve engineering processes and CI/CD practices.
