Undisclosed is seeking a Lead Engineer to head AI-powered healthcare revenue cycle management initiatives. You will own product areas end to end, from architecture to support, while guiding the technical direction and shipping production-ready features.

The role requires 10+ years in SaaS full-stack, leadership experience, and proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL. AI-assisted tools and healthtech exposure are a plus. Fully remote with US Eastern overlap.
