Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead three engineering teams responsible for our core platform services. You will oversee Inventory, Discovery, and Identity Graph and report to the Director of Engineering.

This fully remote role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning. You will guide architectural decisions and drive AI-driven development practices across cloud-native services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Agile software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with .NET/C# or similar backend technologies.
• Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building and operating scalable applications on Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor three Agile software engineering teams.
• Own the technical roadmap and delivery for Inventory, Discovery, and Identity Graph.
• Guide the development of cloud-native microservices built with .NET 9, Azure Cosmos DB, and Elasticsearch.
• Drive the design of scalable distributed systems and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, and Engineering leadership on technical strategy.
• Promote the use of AI coding assistants, design tools, and automated testing.
• Build a collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, and career development.
