Housecall Pro is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and deliver high‑impact, scalable features. You will work cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and tech leads to drive execution, maintain engineering excellence, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

You will mentor engineers, guide delivery from planning to release, and partner with stakeholders to align technical work with business goals while promoting autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading software engineering teams.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable web or mobile applications.
• Strong technical foundation across full‑stack development and software architecture.
• Proven experience using AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency.
• Experience with project management, agile methodologies, and cross‑functional delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
