Job summary
Hotmart is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer II to automate repetitive tasks, streamline the software development lifecycle, and optimize deployment processes for faster releases. You will analyze existing workflows to remove bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and CI/CD practices.
In this role you will work remotely with Brazil and US-based teams. We are hiring talented engineers in Brazil.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Experience utilizing tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Proficiency writing software used in a production environment.
- Experience working on a platform with multiple services.
- Excitement to expand skills and tackle challenging problems.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and capable of asynchronous work.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers on the pod and across the org to deliver scalable products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new engineers.
- Mentor other engineers, review code, and provide feedback to improve quality.
- Improve legacy code and stay current with industry trends and tools.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
