Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to shape architectural direction across multiple Enterprise domains. You will lead complex, scalable, secure systems and mentor engineers, partnering with product and design to deliver durable, high-quality platforms for Pros.

You will drive long-term technical strategies, influence trade-offs, and champion AI-assisted development and automation to improve productivity and platform health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with architecture leadership.
• Deep expertise in modern software architecture and microservices.
• Experience designing and operating scalable, reliable production apps.
• Cloud platforms, databases, containers, observability, CI/CD/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term technical strategy across Enterprise domains.
