• Translating simple problems into multi‑component solutions with clear, well tested code
• Comfort navigating large code bases and giving feedback via code reviews
• Ownership of growth, seeking feedback from team and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
