Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale (Python or Kotlin).
• Ability to translate simple problems into multi-component solutions with clear, testable code.
• Comfort navigating a large codebase, debugging, and giving feedback via code reviews.
• Proactive growth mindset with seeking feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with a global team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
