- Define complex problems and document findings for IT teams.
- Develop detailed tasks, project plans, and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain documentation and code comments.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance in testing and development.
- Implement changes per change management policies and ensure smooth transitions.
