Job summary

Relatient, Inc. is seeking a Software Design Consultant to drive high-quality client experiences during implementations. The role works with clients and cross-functional teams to understand patient access needs, design customized workflows, and implement them using Relatient’s DASHsuite.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates residing in approved US states. You will design, test, and optimize workflows, reports, and interfaces while collaborating with Engineering and Client Operations to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, including experience with SQL.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand patient access workflows and translate them into configurations.
• Design and configure workflows in DASHsuite with cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with Client Operations, development, and integration teams to align product design with business priorities.
• Design, configure, test, and implement software platforms, interfaces, reports, and controls following best practices.
• Stay current with product development to provide up-to-date designs for implementations.
• Identify client risks and communicate them to the appropriate teams.
