Responsibilities

• Understand implementation clients’ patient access workflows and translate into configurations.
• Design and configure workflows in Relatient’s DASHsuite with team collaboration.
• Coordinate with Client Operations Manager and engineering to align product designs with business priorities.
• Design, configure, test, and implement software platforms, interfaces, and reports following best practices.
• Stay current with product development to provide up-to-date designs to clients.
• Monitor, modify, and enhance applications to support ongoing needs.
• Facilitate software testing and create knowledge documentation for internal teams.
