Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience; healthcare exp preferred.
• 3+ years in Software Engineer role within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Implement features with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, tested code for reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to responsive web apps and PWAs.
• Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies.
• Write and maintain automated tests for reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Document code and workflows for clarity.
• Learn and apply prompt engineering and AI-assisted tools.
