Job summary

Leidos CIO Services is seeking a Software Asset Management Analyst to manage software assets using ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring license compliance and cost optimization.

The role supports end-to-end asset lifecycle management, audits, and data quality, while collaborating with ITAM teams. This position offers telework from any U.S. location and emphasizes continuous improvement in asset processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Software Asset Management, with at least 1 year using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro to enable license compliance and asset lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain software entitlements and license models related to contracts.
• Perform software license reconciliation against deployments and usage.
• Monitor consumption and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure data quality by analyzing integrations with discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Nexthink).
• Support audits by delivering precise entitlement, deployment, and usage data.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to define requirements and test system behavior.
• Identify process gaps and drive efficiency through automation.
