Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking a remote Software Asset Management professional to manage the full lifecycle in ServiceNow SAM Pro. This offshore remote role requires overlap with Eastern Time and strong English communication.

You will handle licenses, entitlements, contracts, and compliance while reporting on utilization and cost savings. You will collaborate with Procurement for renewals and drive optimization initiatives, establishing KPIs and maturity metrics to track progress in a distributed

Qualifications

3+ years of Software Asset Management experience.
2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience.
Knowledge of software licensing and compliance practices.
Ability to overlap with Eastern Time business hours and communicate in English.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage software asset lifecycle activities from request through retirement within ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Maintain software entitlements, contracts and license records.
Perform compliance reviews and support software audits.
Identify unused and underutilized licenses and execute reclamation and optimization activities.
Monitor software inventory, normalization and discovery data quality.
Partner with Procurement on software purchasing and renewal decisions, and coordinate harvesting, reclamation and redeployment.
Develop compliance, utilization and cost optimization reports.
Establish and monitor KPIs and maturity metrics.
