Job summary

Radius Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Consultant to manage day-to-day financial transactions for multiple clients in a remote setting. You will maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile accounts, and support AP/AR processes while contributing to timely financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and a solid understanding of GAAP.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate/Bachelor's in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Categorize payroll transactions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain organized financial records to support audits and compliance requirements.
