Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant to serve as the client's embedded accounting resource, taking ownership of day-to-day priorities and aligning with their processes, systems, and business requirements. This remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 4-hour blocks.

You will work hands-on across NetSuite, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks, deliver timely financial reports, resolve discrepancies, and drive improvements while collaborating with client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in mid-size companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA a plus
• Hands-on experience with at least two ERP platforms: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks
• Experience with GAAP-based financial reporting and month-end close
• Ability to learn new ERP environments quickly and communicate with clients

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate financial reports and adapt to client cadence and formats
• Work hands-on across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks to maintain records
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues
• Document accounting procedures and ERP configurations for continuity
