• Advocate for claimants and connect them to community services
• Formulate care plans using clinical judgement
• Handle complex issues and escalate only the most complex cases
• Provide emotional support to clients dealing with trauma, illness, or disability
• Explain the claims process clearly to claimants
• Link clients to healthcare, financial aid, rehab, or legal resources
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and referrals
• Stay updated on social work developments
• Perform related duties as required
