Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field
• 6 years of job-related work experience
• 4 years in a leadership/senior/supervisory capacity
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Claims business unit and manage employees and operations
• Gather and analyze data and reports pertaining to the Claims unit; summarize activities and trends
• Assist in strategic and tactical operational plans to achieve goals; resolve problems for customer satisfaction
• Review processes to streamline activities; enhance service turnaround, productivity, and quality
• Coordinate workflow of the unit to optimize resources and customer satisfaction
• Direct efforts to implement risk management and quality improvement initiatives
