Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of proven Social Media Manager or similar experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience developing and executing impactful social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with creative social media copy.
• Knowledge of SEO principles as applied to social content.
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and PR objectives.
• Manage and grow the client's presence across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform.
• Schedule and publish content with optimal timing for engagement.
• Monitor channels for trends and feedback; respond promptly and professionally.
• Build online communities and foster brand loyalty.
• Analyze performance metrics; provide regular reports with insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for brand consistency.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Stay updated on tools, algorithms, and best practices.
