RemoteLeads is seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to develop and execute strategies across platforms, create content calendars, and manage client projects remotely.

You will craft engaging visuals and copy, tailor messages to audiences, and solve open-ended challenges while learning new AI-powered tools. This role offers a flexible, fully remote setup with diverse clients and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.
• Experience creating content strategies and detailed content calendars.
• Strong graphic design and editing abilities across varied content formats.
• Excellent written communication and audience-focused messaging skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with open-ended problem-solving and independent work.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and use AI tools thoughtfully.
• Computer and strong, consistent internet connection.
• Availability primarily on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create content strategies, calendars, and messaging aligned with client goals.
• Design and edit engaging short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other branded content.
• Craft communications tailored to different audiences, industries, and client priorities.
• Solve open-ended client challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Manage multiple client projects, priorities, deadlines, and 1–2-day turnaround expectations.
• Learn and use web-based business applications and AI tools effectively.
• Select and manage a roster of 2–5 ongoing clients.
