The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on social media experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to analyze performance data to inform tactics. A remote-first approach supports flexible work across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably SaaS or B2B tech.
• Proficiency across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Ability to write compelling on-brand copy for customer journeys.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
• Create and curate platform-specific content (text, image, video) for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor performance in real-time, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, lead generation) and report insights.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with influencers and collaborators that align with Smartlead’s audience.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Analyze trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to continuously improve strategy.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and contests that drive conversions.
