Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar social media role.
• Experience with social A/B testing (advantage).
• Experience generating social-first ideas and managing multiple accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Creating content and managing LTVplus’ social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok) – research topics, quotes, facts and articles, create visually appealing graphics, write engaging copy.
• Managing the social media content calendar and scheduling posts across all channels.
• Ensuring relevant hashtags are used in posts.
• Developing, implementing and managing social media strategies and monthly content plans.
• Creating and optimising paid social media campaigns and reporting on results.
• Monitoring and engaging with social audiences on a daily basis.
• Building and engaging with social communities, using data‑driven insights to improve and optimise content strategies.
• Proposing innovative campaigns to grow clients’ presence socially, increasing engagement and loyalty.
• Defining social media KPIs and managing monthly reports across all accounts.
• Remaining up to date with current social media trends and industry insights.
• Designing and creating engaging content (graphics, photo, video) for use across social channels.
• Collaborating with the wider Marketing, Sales and Partnerships team on campaigns and activations.
• Ensuring immaculate execution of social activities.
