Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a Creative Social Media Strategist to manage content across three brands from a home office. You will craft scroll-stopping posts, reels, and graphics using Canva or Adobe, aligning with brand guidelines and driving local authority.

You’ll own the content calendar, engage with communities, handle comments, and coordinate local events. A strong portfolio and autonomy are essential as you grow toward a leadership role while working remotely with Eastern Time business

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, and video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work autonomously and own marketing strategy with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage three brands under one ownership and adapt content tone per brand.

Responsibilities

• Stopping the Scroll: create scroll-stopping content across platforms for three brands.
• Owning the Brand Narrative: manage content calendar and design assets following brand guidelines.
• Building Local Authority: engage with communities, moderate comments, and support local SEO.
• Driving Real‑World Connections: coordinate local events and outreach with business networks.
