You will own the content calendar, engage with the local community, and coordinate events. The role requires autonomy, strong judgment, and the ability to work with Canva or Adobe tools while communicating with the owner primarily via WhatsApp.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in social media management with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
• Ability to own marketing strategy with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing multiple brands under one ownership group.
• Tech-savvy with Canva or Adobe for asset creation.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw photos and video into scroll-stopping content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and GBP.
• Own content calendar and design engaging social graphics and promotional assets.
• Engage local community, respond to comments/DMs, and support local SEO for GBP.
• Research and coordinate local events and outreach (Alignable, BNI, Chamber).
