Job summary

InsideOut is seeking a proactive Social Media & Operations Assistant to own our social media execution and streamline backend workflows. The role focuses on turning field footage into scroll-stopping content while maintaining CRM records and lead follow-ups, in a fully remote setting for LATAM or South Africa-based candidates.

The position requires 2–3+ years in social media or digital support, English fluency at C1 level, and experience with CapCut and Canva.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in social media management, short-form video editing, or digital executive assistance.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva and CapCut; a portfolio of past video/design work is required.
• Fluent, accent-neutral English (C1 level) with strong understanding of American consumer culture and service market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative social media management: script, edit, and produce short-form videos from raw footage; maintain a content calendar; engage with the community.
• Manage backend operations and lead tracking in Jobber CRM; organize client records; coordinate certificates and SOP-adherence.
• Proactively manage owner workload and push for timely approvals, driving accountability across priorities.
