InsideOut is seeking a proactive Social Media & Operations Assistant to own our social media execution and streamline backend workflows. The role focuses on turning field footage into scroll-stopping content while maintaining CRM records and lead follow-ups, in a fully remote setting for LATAM or South Africa-based candidates.

The position requires 2–3+ years in social media or digital support, English fluency at C1 level, and experience with CapCut and Canva.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in social media management, short-form video editing, or digital executive assistance.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva and CapCut; a portfolio of past video/design work is required.
• Fluent, accent-neutral English (C1 level) with strong understanding of American consumer culture and service market dynamics.

Are you a creative, highly organized self-starter who excels at producing high-converting short-form video content and streamlining backend operations? We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Operations Assistant based in LATAM or South Africa to take full ownership of social media execution, lead tracking, and operational priorities for a premier, BBB A+ rated Florida home services provider!

C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. The selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.

NOTE: You will not be handling high-volume front-line phone calls (inbound calls are managed by an AI assistant and in-house staff). Your main focus is creative content production, backend workflows, and proactively managing the owner's operational priorities.

About the Role

We are looking for a true team member and proactive operational partner—not a passive task‑taker. Your #1 priority will be creative social media management and content production (turning raw field footage into scroll‑stopping marketing assets). In parallel, you will manage backend CRM records in Jobber, track lead follow‑ups, organize administrative documentation, and proactively hold the business owner accountable to key deadlines.

• Creative Social Media Management (Primary Focus): Script, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos and static graphics using CapCut and Canva from raw job site footage; build and maintain a rolling content calendar; deploy real-time weather-triggered marketing (e.g., storm campaigns); and handle community engagement (DMs, comments).
• Backend Operations & Lead Tracking: Organize client records, track unreached leads, and maintain data integrity in the Jobber CRM; coordinate operational logistics such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs); and leverage existing company SOPs.
• Proactive Upward Management: Monitor the business owner’s workload, help prioritize what needs immediate attention, and confidently drive accountability on approvals …

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–3+ years of proven experience in social media management, short‑form video editing, or digital executive assistance.
• Creative Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Canva and CapCut (or professional‑grade equivalent suites). A portfolio of past video/design work is required.
• Communication & Cultural Fluency: Fluent, accent‑neutral English (C1 level) with a strong grasp of American consumer culture, idioms, and service market dynamics.
• Work Style: Assertive, confident, and proactive with the ability to manage upward and solve problems independently without micromanagement.

Preferred Pluses

• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based home services, construction, or blue‑collar trades.
• Familiarity with Jobber CRM (or comparable field service software like ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro).
• Native or professional Spanish proficiency is a welcome bonus.
